What Is the Name of Amanda Clarke’s Mother on Revenge?

As the news of a fatal plane explosion involving Victoria Grayson and Lydia Davis reached Emily Thorne’s bewildered ears in Revenge’s Season 1 finale, her partner in crime dropped another bomb.

Nolan Ross uncovered an encrypted disc featuring information on Emily’s (or should we say Amanda’s) mother — most importantly revealing that mysterious mommy is alive.

Earlier in Season 1, Emily commented on her mother saying, “She was sick my entire childhood until she died,” but apparently the Graysons and Americon Initiative think otherwise.

We know that actress Jennifer Jason Leigh will be playing Em’s mystery mommy, but what is the name of Amanda Clarke’s mother?

When Fauxmanda was introduced in Episode 7, “Charade,” Emily tried to send her out of the country with a fake passport and a G-string full of cash. The name on the passport was Kara Wilkins, which Emily revealed was her mother’s name. But according to new Season 2 spoilers, the name of Amanda's mother is now Kara Wallace Clarke. 

Not much is known about Kara except that she supposedly died before David Clarke moved with Amanda to the Hamptons. In the encrypted disc, Victoria described Kara as “David Clarke’s deepest secret,” and show creator Mike Kelley has said Emily’s mother has “deep psychological issues.”
