Does your jaw drop everytime you see the sprawling coastline and beautiful estates on ABC's Revenge? Ours too, so we got the skinny on where this drama-rama takes place!
Revenge is set in Montauk, New York and The Village of East Hampton, New York. Both these towns are super-elite and as posh as they come. Together, they boast 70 miles of shoreline, multiple beaches, state parks, and even a few lighthouses.
Montauk and East Hampton both have Native American roots, a whaling history, and served as important locations during the American Revolution.
In the mid-20th century, famous painters like Jackson Pollock, Andy Warhol, and Willem de Kooning (Victoria’s fave) spent time and painted there.
East Hampton and Montauk are separated by a mere 15 miles, making it only a short trip from Emily's beachfront cottage to her buddy Jack's bar, The Stowaway. Daniel's commute to work during his short-lived career as a bartender would take no time in a hot little sports car!
Of course, Revenge isn't actually filmed out east on Long Island. The show is shot in Wilmington, North Carolina, a charming Southern port city made famous for being the location of Dawson's Creek and One Tree Hill.
Well, we know where we’ll be “summering” this year!
