Emily in Season 1, Episode 14.
While East Hampton's resident vigilante Emily Thorne was having dinner with the most dysfunctional family this side of the Hudson River, someone was busy picking the flimsy lock on her French doors and setting up a creepy shrine inside her Pottery Barn showroom living room.
But who?!
If you ask us, the writing is on the wall — er, in the floorboards. The secret compartment that usually holds E's Infinity Box contains an invitation to Emily and Daniel's fire and ice-themed engagement party and an RVSP card confirming a "Miss Emily Thorne."
Earlier in the episode, Amanda tells Emily she's done carrying on the charade with Jack and doesn't want to be called Amanda anymore. Could our little miss runaway have planted the card, RVSPing as her true identity? It seems fitting, especially considering the trespasser also left a burning candle.
But maybe we're wrong and it's not Amanda who's playing with fire. After all, Emily's list of enemies is piling up faster than Victoria Grayson's dirty laundry.
Call us crazy, but we think Tyler (remember him?!) could be responsible. Just think about it — he's already broken into Em's house once before and he totally noticed the hollow space underneath her floorboards.
If you ask us, Tyler Barrol's back in town and he's got something big on his "revengenda."
