And yesterday, when actor James Tupper was spotted out with another family in Los Angeles, our Revengey senses were tingling.

But sadly, the actor was not filming scenes for our favorite drama, but rather spending the day out with his partner, Anne Heche, and their children.

In last night’s flashback episode of Revenge, “Legacy,” we were introduced to the troubled character of Roger Halsted. Roger was a senior accountant at Grayson Global and a “true friend” to David Clarke.

Roger knew David was innocent, but was too weak and scared to expose the Graysons, so he drank heavily to cover the pain of the situation.

Near the end of Revenge episode 20, "Legacy," Amanda Clarke wept on the phone to Nolan Ross as she described meeting her father's one true friend, Roger Halsted, and how he had committed "suicide" (read: was murdered by Grayson security head Frank Stevens).
