RHoA Cast Pays Tribute to Michael Jackson on the Fifth Anniversary of His Death

It’s hard to believe that Michael Jackson died five years ago today, June 25, but indeed it has been half a decade since the King of Pop died of a heart attack brought on by a lethal dose of Propofol. His death shocked and saddened people all over the world, and even today people are still reeling from his untimely passing.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars are no exception, and at least two of them (at the time of this post) have taken to social media to remember the music icon on the anniversary of his death. First up is Porsha Williams, who has embarked on a music career of her own in recent months. Porsha shared a photo of Michael and his little sis Janet (at least we think that’s her) when they were kids and wrote, “#5ThAnniversary #TheBest #TheKing #RIP to the Great #MichaelJackson.”

Cynthia Bailey got a bit more personal in her remembrance of Michael, though she, like Porsha, posted a photo of the legendary singer from his Jackson 5 days. “I used to have the biggest crush on Michael Jackson when he was this age. Me & @malbaileymassie would fight over him! I can't believe it's been 5 years since his death. You are missed by many Rest in peace. #loveu,” she captioned the snap.

To be honest, we’re a little surprised that only two of the Housewives remembered Michael on social media, but there’s still time for some of the others to share their memories of the King of Pop.

What are your thoughts on what Porsha and Cynthia had to say about Michael on the anniversary of his death? Feel free to share your opinion below.
