If you thought Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was already packed to the brim with drama, think again.
The Bravo hit is reportedly veering into some dangerous territory, thanks to fed up fans, who want to see an end to the show’s parade of non-stop negativity.
Following recent news that fans of the show petitioned for the network to let go of drama machine Brandi Glanville, a source tells RadarOnline.com that the network is scrambling to boost ratings and bring back fans.
“The producers don’t know what to do now, or where to go next season,” reveals an insider.
“Everything is falling apart behind-the-scenes. They want the controversial people to come back because ratings were pretty good but everyone hates all of the women!”
While the epic feuds between the cast members once drew in fans, it seems as though the show’s audience has grown weary of seeing the group fight over the same petty nonsense week after week.
It seems like the fans aren’t the only ones who are fed up with the current format; earlier this week, Lisa Vanderpump, who has been on the show since day one, announced that she’s not sure she can stomach another season.
“I don’t know right now,” Lisa revealed of her future on the reality hit. “It is a tough season for me. I have got a lot going on. If it becomes about a bitch fest then it is not something I signed up for; but if it becomes about documenting my life, which is the show I signed up for and having fun and supporting women that is something I want to do.”
Do you think the show can survive without Lisa — or worse, without its trademark drama?
