The Housewives ladies may be on the same show, but it certainly doesn’t mean they’re friends.

Real Housewives of Orange County stars Meghan King Edmonds and Shannon Beador don’t go visit Vicki Gunvalson in the hospital after she was involved in a scary ATV accident on the September 12 episode.

Fellow castmates Tamra Judge, Heather Dubrow, and Kelly Dodd are disappointed in their decision to not see the 54-year-old, who had to be airlifted to a hospital in Palm Springs.

"Of course I don't want Vicki to be hurt, but I don't want to go visit Vicki in the hospital because I'm not her friend,” says the 31-year-old.

Shannon feels the same way when the expectant mother fills her in on Vicki’s accident.

“I'm not friends with Vicki. I was an incredible friend to Vicki and all she did was betray me. Right now, I'm not rushing over to sit by a woman that fakes cancer."

While Shannon and Meghan are fine to avoid Vicki, the other ladies are shocked to see them abandon someone in need.

"I think it's complete bulls—t," says Kelly. "If somebody is in dire need of help, I'm going to be there whether I'm their friend or not. And I would do it out of human decency."

Meghan eventually visits Vicki at her home once she’s dismissed from the hospital, though the two agree they will probably never be best friends.

Will they be able to move forward from this?

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
