TV Line's Michael Ausiello teases, "A major character is about to take his/her last breath."

Could it be Gemma Butler, who's currently tied up (and force-fed bologna) by Charlie? Or Malcolm, whose snooping ways may get him in big trouble? Or perhaps one of the twins themselves, Bridget or Siobhan?
