A new fan theory puts two of our favorite teen dramas in the same universe.

Reddit has discovered a link between The CW’s Riverdale and Pretty Little Liars.

The evidence is hard to deny, TBH.

The theory doesn’t suggest some obscure crossover based on guest stars or character details.

TROIAN BELLISARIO, TAMMIN SURSOK

No, Reddit is convinced Riverdale and PLL’s Rosewood are the exact same place.

Redditor Ludoth31st posted a side-by-side image of the two towns.

The resemblance is uncanny.

It turns out, both shows used the same stock aerial footage to showcase their mysterious towns, per Refinery29.

"It's a stock shot, and has probably been in lots of things. But, for example, you can see it at the start of Gremlins, back in 1984,” Redditor Marco_Sparks explained.

Does that mean Gremlins took place in Riverdale/Rosewood, too?

While PLL merely shares a stock shot with Riverdale, the teen soap did share an actual film set with another popular drama.

Pretty Little Liars AD Reveal

PLL was filmed on the same set as the ever popular Gilmore Girls.

Despite the very loose connections this discovery implies, it does make recent casting rumors that much more interesting.

An Instagram comment from PLL alum Lucy Hale on Madelaine Petsch’s behind-the-scenes Riverdale photo set off rumors that the Aria actress would be visiting the sleepy murder town in Season 2.

Imagine the possibilities! Could "A" be walking the halls of Riverdale High? Did Clifford Blossom get his wigs from the same place Ali got her "Vivian Darkbloom" disguise?

Post your fave Riverdale/Pll theory in the comments!

Riverdale premieres Wednesday, October 11 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
