We guess it’s safe to say that Rob Kardashian’s Instagram hiatus is officially over? Just a week after he posted a shirtless #TBT photo of himself eating a pork sandwich — his first social media post in weeks — the only Kardashian son is now seemingly back on the ‘gram for good ... but his new photos are kind of troubling.

NEWS: Kylie Jenner Goes Blonde for her 18th Birthday

You’d think that Rob would take to social media to wish his little sister, Kylie Jenner, a happy 18th birthday (she turned the big 1-8 on August 10, the day he posted these snaps, and was the only family member not at her party), but nope. Instead, Rob posted this photo of a Paul Newman salad dressing label, accompanied by a bunch of lemon emojis and the word “RIP.” Huh?

Rob’s follow-up photo was a screenshot of Colin Farrell and costar Li Gong riding a speedboat in the film Miami Vice. This isn’t as bad as that time Rob Instagrammed another movie scene which likened his sister Kim Kardashian to the psycho chick in Gone Girl, but still. We’re all sorts of confused.

Commenters on the snaps seem just as puzzled, with many saying that Rob, who’s been out of the spotlight for over a year due to personal issues and weight gain, should get help. We’re not sure if these random posts are a cry for help or just another way for the Kardashians to get people talking about them, but either way, we hope we get some answers soon!
