Rob Kardashian Admits He Doesn’t Care About Keeping Up With the Kardashians (VIDEO)

Rob Kardashian may seem like a sweet, sensitive kid on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but in a new interview with the Wall Street Journal, the youngest Kardashian reveals that he’s every ounce the hard-nosed business person his momager, Kris Jenner, is.

In the video interview, Rob discusses his non-reality business venture, Arthur George, a luxury sock line, and explains how he’s trying to distance himself from his family’s brand.

“Arthur is my middle name, George is my dad’s middle name,” he explains of his decision not to use his family name for his sock line. “I just kind of wanted to do something where you don’t just see ‘Kardashian’ everywhere. I mean, it’s my thing. I don’t want anybody associating it with anybody else in my family. I feel like it has more longevity, in that sense.”

As for how he’s managed to hold his own among the “bunch of controlling women” he was raised around, Rob says, “I’m very big on doing my own thing,” adding of reality stardom, “I don’t really want to get into that world, necessarily.”

The USC Business School grad may not have dreams of stardom, but he still has big dreams — ones that may or may not include his more famous siblings.

“My job is — I make socks. That’s all I do. I don’t necessarily care about the show. I would rather film this — me doing what I do — than being around my family.”

What do you think of Rob's decision to break away from the family business?
