Do Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Still Talk? He Says… (VIDEO)

Despite recent rumors that Kristen Stewart skipped a party in Cannes to avoid him, Robert Pattinson recently told The Hollywood Reporter that the former romantic partners do still talk. Hmmmm, we’re not sure if we care if they talk or not. What we want to know is are they off or are they on and will they ever make babies?

The 28-year-old wouldn’t go into much detail (or any detail, really) about the current state of his relationship (or lack thereof) with former co-star K.Stew. When asked if the duo are still in contact all R.Pattz had to say was, “oh, yeah.” That’s it? Good job interviewer. Way to get the dirt.

The notoriously fame shy Twilight power couple have taken us down a very windy road of uncertainty since we first encountered their sparkliness. After three years of dating bliss, K.Stew’s very public affair with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders dealt us a blow dart of tears to the heart. Twilight fans sobbed, Rob kicked Kristen out of their home, and the sun never shone again. Or did it?

In late 2013, rumors surfaced the vamps were rekindling their love story, which rekindled our heart parts. But since that time, Rob has been seen with a string of ladies while Kristen has just been spotted with orange hair. #sadface

While some speculate Kristen skipped the Chanel party in Cannes (she’s their spokesperson, btw, so bad form) to avoid the pain of seeing Rob, we choose to take a more hopeful stance. Maybe she bowed out because they’re getting amorous again on the hush hush and don’t want rumors flying about them being in the same place? Call us crazy, but we still dream of a real Bella/Edward love child — so long as it’s not called Renesmee.

What do you think of Kristen and Rob? Do you think they do more than still talk, or are they totally dunzo? Tell us in the comments.
