Robert Pattinson Sells Home He Shared With Kristen Stewart — Who Bought It?

Update (January 17, 2014):

You’ll never guess who bought Robsten’s old love nest: Jim Parsons! One of the Big Bang Theory’s brightest stars reportedly purchased the home from Rob. Never would have pegged him for a Twilight superfan...

Original story (January 15, 2014):

If Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are planning some kind of reunion, it won’t be at the home they once shared. R.Pattz has sold the couple’s one-time love nest for $6.375 million, reports Redfin.

If that sounds like a lot, it actually isn’t for Rob, who got only $100,000 more than what he paid for it in September 2011. The Twilight star seemed indecisive on whether or not to sell in the first place, listing the home in the summer before taking it off the market and before relisting again — not unlike the ups and downs of the Robsten relationship.

Sitting on more than an acre overlooking Los Angeles, the home, originally built in 1922, has three bedrooms, 3.25 baths, and hundreds of stories. If these early 20th century Spanish-style walls, could talk just imagine the dirt they’d have to share. Then again, maybe a K.Stew and R.Pattz breakup involved more quiet reflection than full-on raging. With 4,000 square feet, this place had a lot of room for moping.

In case you’re wondering where Rob’s shacking up now, The Real Estalker reports he’s currently renting a five bedroom, six bath home in Beverly Hills. Located in The Summit, Rob’s new digs are guarded and gated 24/7, which totally cuts into our stalking time.
