Lea Michele and Rumored Boyfriend Matthew Paetz: She “Has Very Strong Feelings” For Him

Lea Michele (Rachel) may have been “furious” when she found out that her rumored new boyfriend Matthew Paetz worked as a gigolo as recently as April 2014, but once Mathew explained that his gigolo past was all in the name of “research” (he’s a life coach/relationship therapist) she forgave him. Now source tells E! News that she “has very strong feelings” for the stud.

An insider notes that Lea thinks Matthew is “amazing,” and though they’ve only been seeing each other for a few months, the Glee actress is apparently very fond of her new man. Now that his days as a gigolo (or should we say “researcher”?) seem to be over Lea is free to be happy with Matthew, and the source adds that, for his part, the aspiring actor and model is treating our girl right. “He treats her really well, he's smart and fun. She's really happy,” the source concluded.

In the past Lea has said that some fans have had a difficult time watching her move on from Cory Monteith (Finn) who died of a heroin overdose last July — so another source noted that she’s not rushing the relationship, explaining, “This is her first real relationship since Cory. She waited a long time before getting serious again and she likes him a lot.”

As can be expected, Lea’s kept this relationship very close to the vest. She has yet to confirm that she and Matthew are even dating even though the duo reportedly met on the set of her “On My Way” music video shoot several months ago and began seeing each other shortly thereafter.

Are you happy that Lea seems to have found a good match in Matthew? Tell us what you think below!
