Salt-N-Pepa taught us how to “Push It” good, but it looks like one of the group’s rappers may have pushed a little too hard, as Sandra “Pepa” Denton took a bit of an on-stage tumble.

The 45-year-old artist was standing on top of a speaker at the first ever ‘90s Fest in Brooklyn, New York on Saturday, September 13. As Pepa tried to hype up the crowd to Gunz N’ Roses’ song, “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” the femcee jumped over to the next speaker, narrowly missing it and landing on her stomach and face instead. Luckily, a security guard helped Sandra regain her footing.

Being the champ that she is, Sandra made light of the slip. “I've never known any other city that could make me do that," she said. "New York City got me busting my ass, y'all got me hyped up in here."

Her groupmate, Cheryl “Salt” James, also laughed it off by saying, “there may have been some wine involved.”

The footage was released on Tuesday via TMZ, and Pepa took to Twitter to let fans know that she’s totally fine.

We’re glad to hear it! Keep pushing it, Pep.
