On Shonda Rhimes’s many hit shows, it’s not surprising to see amazing guest stars. From Kyle Chandler to Mandy Moore, we’ve seen ‘em all impress in the walls of Grey Sloan Memorial, and now it’s happening at Pope & Associates, too.

Scandal Season 3 has a slew of great actors lined up, and former Friends star Lisa Kudrow will kick things off with her mysterious politician role in Episode 4, aptly titled “Say Hello to My Little Friend.”

Lisa’s character, Josephine Marcus, is a Democratic congresswoman who will be involved in a scandal with Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young), but we don’t know much else yet. The synopsis for the episode reveals a bit more about what’s to come, but we’ll still be left in the dark until it airs on Thursday, October 24 at 10 p.m. ET on ABC. Notably, we have another guest star to look forward to: The Office’s Melora Hardin as Shelley Meyers, another unknown character.
