Scott Wolf Introduces Baby Daughter, Lucy: She “Completed Our Family”

Here's one proud celebrity papa: Perception star Scott Wolf can't stop gushing about the first baby girl to join his pack. The 46-year-old father of three spoke to People about adding a she-Wolf, Lucy Marie, to his brood — and he's still kind of in shock.

"Lucy is only a few weeks old, so it's hard to wrap my head around it," says Scott. The Everwood alum and his wife, Kelley, already have two sons together — 5-year-old Jackson Kayse and 1-year-old Miller William — so they didn't expect little Lucy to be such a new experience. Apparently, says Scott, they were wrong.

"I always knew I wanted to be a father and that it would be the most meaningful experience in my life. I never put a whole lot of thought into boy vs. girl," he muses. "The fact that Lucy was a girl is so brand-new in its own way that it's made our third feel like our first all over again."

It's all the best kind of shock, though, Scott clarifies. “Once we knew we were having a girl, it felt like it completed our family in the most perfect way,” Scott continues. “Very few things render me speechless and Lucy truly has.”

However, he is glad that his daughter came as baby number three and not baby number one. "I think I would have been completely overprotective of a girl if we had her earlier," he admits, saying that with every new kid he's slightly more relaxed. "The fact that we had her third has me feeling a lot more secure."

He's not going this alone, of course. He and his life coach wife just celebrated 10 years together, and he calls her "an incredible partner and mother." Aww!
