Sean Lowe: Dancing With the Stars Was Harder Than the Bachelor — Exclusive
BachelorstarSean Lowe finished hisDancing With the Stars run this past Tuesday (May 7, 2013). Now that he has two reality shows under his belt, we were curious: What's a bigger challenge, finding love on reality TV, or struggling to dance in front of America?
Wetpaint Entertainment got the answer when we caught up with Sean and his fiancee Catherine Giudici on Wednesday, May 8, at the Beyond the Ballet fundraiser forBright Future International in New York last night, where the Bachelor was emceeing.
"I mean, The Bachelor was challenging for a lot of different reasons, but Dancing probably takes the cake," Sean decided after thinking about it for a couple of moments. "Not only was it physically demanding, but emotionally demanding, too. You want to perform so well, and you're putting everything you have into it. Some nights, like Monday night, you put everything into it, and you put all the hours of hard work into it, and you still come out and you don't perform well. It was really tough. So I would say Dancing."
Maybe that's why he said he actually felt "great" after his elimination the night before. "It was an opportunity of a lifetime to take part in [DWTS]," he explained. "I kind of saw it coming [on Tuesday], so I was prepared for it. Now I can move on."
"I have a lot more free time on my hands, which is great," he added, smiling at Catherine. "I won't be at the dance studio all day anymore."
