Today's the big day! Sean Lowe will be officially done with handing out roses for good when he ties the knot to Catherine Giudici on live TV tonight, January 26. So how is the former Bachelor feeling, mere hours before becoming a married man?

"The only thing I can compare it to is the morning of a big game in college," Sean tells People. "But this is so much bigger than that! I don't think I've ever been more anxious and excited for anything." So sweet! And just FYI, you probably shouldn't compare your wedding to sports again anytime soon, buddy.

Catherine adds that she's prepared to get very emotional when the ceremony begins. "When it hits me, it's going to be very intense," she reveals. "Probably right before I see him, I'll be shaking. It's very similar to the [Bachelor] proposal. I know he's going to be there and accepting me at the end. There's nothing to be nervous about!"

And Sean has no doubt that he'll be getting misty-eyed during the wedding. "I get teary-eyed just thinking about it," Sean adorably says. "This morning I put on our first dance song ["One Woman" by the Randy Rogers Band], and I got choked up. It's an incredible song. It just encapsulates everything that we are."

Earlier this morning, Sean tweeted sweet messages about the momentous event. "Today is the day I marry my best friend," he writes. "Today is going to be so great! Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes!"

We can't wait to watch it all happen! And we have a feeling it will be "the most dramatic" rose ceremony wedding ever.
