Pretty Little Liars Season 1 Flashback: Why Was Ezra at Alison’s Funeral? (VIDEO)
Pretty Little Liars has been on air for a long time guys. This week marked the start of the second half of the fourth season! It's a little hard to believe. That's a love of thrills, chills, romance, and mystery to remember, and now that Ezra Fitz (Ian Harding) is "A" suspect numer uno, it also means a lot of sketchy situations to revisit with a new, more skeptical eye.
That's why for this week's flashback Friday, we want to take you all the way back to the pilot, when Ezra rather inexpliably showed up at Ali's funeral.
Why "inexplicably"? Well, if the life story he's laid out in the past is true, he was completely new to Rosewood High, and wouldn't have known Ali at all. Of course, one innocent explination for his presence at the funeral is that he was merely showing support for the student body. But could the real reason be that he did know Ali?
The scene we've selected shows Aria and Ezra outside the funeral. It's also one of their most romantic early moments — though now we have to wonder if Ezra grabbing and kissing Aria was just about his feelings for her, or if he had another reason for wanting to get close to a Liar...
Check it out below!
What do you think: was Ezra just at Ali's funeral to show support for his students, or did he have ulterior motives? Is his love for Aria genuine, or were his feelings an act, at least at this stage?
