When Does The Blacklist Return?

Mondays have been harder than usual for us these days without new episodes of The Blacklist, but the wait is nearly over. So, when will Red Reddington (James Spader) and his list of bad guys return to our screens?

In a word? SOON. The action-packed "Anslo Garrick Part 2" aired, NBC announced that the series would return with a brand new episode on Monday, January 13 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Now for the bad news: there will only be two more new episodes before the show goes on another hiatus. We know.

After its January 27 episode, The Blacklist will make way for another action packed television event: the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. But while we’ll miss looking at Ryan Eggold’s (Tom Keen) face, we are planning on getting our fill of thrills watching America kick butt on the slopes. And just so you can sleep at night — as long as you haven’t just watched a terrifying Blacklist torture scene, that is — our favorite new James Spader drama returns once again on February 24 with a new name from the list and a new episode.

Will you continue to tune in when The Blacklist returns on January 13? We can’t wait! Tell us in the comments why you’re watching, or why you’ve passed so far!
