Grey’s Anatomy Season 10: Will Alex and Jo Stay Together? Camilla Luddington Says…

We looked forward to the Grey’s Anatomy Season 9 finale for so long, and now that it’s over, we’re bummed we have to wait until fall for our next Grey’s fix! But the good news is that during hiatus, we get to hear what the cast couldn’t tell us before the finale aired. And recently, Camilla Luddington (Jo Wilson) sat down with Elle to talk about the finale and our favorite new Grey’s couple — Alex and Jo!

Camilla even talked about what the scene from Episode 23: “Readiness is All” when Alex and Jo’s argument is interrupted by a tree coming into their window. They were just about to confess their feelings to each other when all of a sudden... bam! Tree. “That tree was called a ‘cock block’ on Twitter, which made me laugh,” Camilla told Elle. “The way the writers described it to me is that it was nature's way of saying ‘not yet.’”

And when they did eventually get their moment in the season finale, she didn’t exactly hate kissing Justin Chambers (Alex Karev), either. “By the time he approached me, my heart was beating out of my chest,” Camilla said. “Let me just say this: Justin Chambers is a wonderful kisser. I totally melted.”

OK, we’ll admit it — we’re kinda jealous.

On the topic of Alex and Jo’s fate, Camilla’s guess is as good as ours. “Honestly, I have no idea. I have absolutely no idea,” Camilla told Elle. “You never know what's going to happen — if suddenly [his ex-girlfriend] Lucy will come back or I get killed by a tree — you just don't know.”

Are you excited Alex and Jo finally got together? Sound off below!
