Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 13 Is Groundbreaking, “Absolutely Gorgeous,” Sarah Drew Says

There are a lot of things we want to see from the next new episode of Grey’s Anatomy — namely, the show, because, you know, it’s been awhile. But we’re also looking forward to getting answers to many of the burning questions that have been on our minds since the midseason finale in December.

And while we already know a little of what to expect, Sarah Drew (April Kepner) has recently revealed new details that have us even more excited about Grey’s return!

“The opening shot that the episode returns with is absolutely gorgeous and really unique and different and something I feel we really haven’t done on the show before,” Sarah confessed to Glamour.

Hmm, what could it be? We’re almost hoping no one spoils it before then so we can be surprised. Wait, who are we kidding? We need details now!

Fortunately, little by little more information about Episode 13 has been leaking out as the show’s return gets closer. We already know the episode will be called “Take It Back,” and that we’ll find out the fate of Alex’s father, whose life was hanging in the balance thanks to a flub up by intern Shane (Gaius Charles) when we last saw the gang.

Best of all, Sarah’s also shared another key detail about the next episode: we’ll find out if April chooses Jackson or Matthew right off the bat! That’s enough to make the wait a little more bearable — for us, anyway.

What do you think the groundbreaking first scene will be? Share your thoughts below!
