Grey’s Anatomy Preview: First New Footage From Spring Premiere (VIDEO)

The wait is over! We finally have our first real preview for Grey's Anatomy's spring premiere, with new footage of Season 10, Episode 13 — "Take It Back" — which airs February 27 at 9 p.m. ET.

Granted, the quality of the video is not great, but here's a shot-by-shot listing of everything we're seeing for the first time. (Just bear in mind that appearances could be deceiving — we all know how the Grey's promo people love to mislead us with their editing!)

  • Derek (Patrick Dempsey) rushing into his living room and looking surprised to see Meredith and Cristina (Sandra Oh) seated there. Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), looking upset, stands to confront him.

  • Someone surprising Mer and Cristina in the OR as they operate on a patient.

  • Alex (Justin Chambers) sitting at his ailing father's bedside. He whips around to see Shane (Gaius Charles) in the doorway, tackles him so hard they both go sliding, and punches him square in the jaw.

  • Meredith shooting daggers with her eyes at Derek before storming off in what looks like a fierce Olivia Pope-worthy coat.

  • Jo (Camilla Luddington) slamming her first against a vending machine, shattering the glass. (Impressive!)

  • Arizona (Jessica Capshaw), still in her bridesmaid dress, screaming, "It's not working!" to Callie (Sara Ramirez) — as Callie looks askance, perhaps self-conscious.

  • Cristina doing some sort of fancy footwork with Shane — maybe pushing him into the on-call room for a little nookie?

  • Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Arizona looking overwhelmed as they gurney trauma patients through the ER.

  • Ben (Jason George) yelling at Bailey (Chandra Wilson).

Looks like an explosive hour of television! Stay tuned for longer promos in the weeks ahead…
