Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 14 Synopsis — No Fraternizing, Docs!

Few Grey's Anatomy titles are more fitting than that of Season 10, Episode 14: "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away," which airs on March 6.

Why? Because Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital is putting a kibosh on doctor-on-doctor twitterpating. Here's what ABC says in its official synopsis for the installment:

After an anonymous complaint is issued by one of their own, the hospital implements a non-fraternizing policy causing the couples to panic. Meanwhile, Emma [Marguerite Moreau] and Owen [Kevin McKidd] talk about the future, Cristina [Sandra Oh] and Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] enjoy a little girl time, and Richard [James Pickens Jr.] enlists the residents to help research a rare cancer case.

Does the hospital not realize that this is a Shondaland show, and that inappropriate workplace hookups come with the territory?

So who's the tattletale? We have a few ideas — four possible rats, to be exact.

Meanwhile, we have a feeling that Emma and Owen's "talk about the future" may not bode well for his Cristina-substitute. Speaking of whom, we're so glad she and Mer are bonding again. And Richard seems to be back in the saddle as his inspirational, ass-kicking, Chiefly self.

How do you think the couples are gonna deal with this ban? Let us know in the comments section below.

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 resumes on Thursday, February 27, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
