Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 20 Spoilers: 4 Things We Learn From the Sneak Peeks

Based on the sneak peeks for Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 20: "Go It Alone," we can expect a lot of drama from April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson (Jesse Williams) and Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw), because even marriage doesn't guarantee a smooth ride in Shondaland.

What do the sneak peeks of the episode tell us about where these relationships stand? Here's what we've learned.

1. Callie and Arizona are moving forward with the new baby. At the end of last week's episode, Callie and Arizona agreed to have another baby, and they aren't wasting any time making that dream into a reality. In fact, in this sneak peek, they've already reached the point of deciding which woman should carry the baby...

2. ...By flipping a coin. In this clip, Callie and Arizona are both on board with flipping a coin to decide who will get pregnant this time around, but if we know this show, at least one party is going to be unhappy with the result. Just a guess.

3. Jackson and April are talking kids. Speaking of kids, in this sneak peek it's clear that Jackson and April have started thinking about how they want to raise any future children of their own. But as we've seen recently, this impromptu couple has a lot of differences, and they've stumbled on a major one.

4. Can they resolve this? While interfaith couples can certainly work, this fight makes it very clear that April and Jackson have some huge differences they need to figure out. April's faith is one of the most important things in her life, and Jackson thinks what she believes is "ridiculous." That's a big problem. We're worried. We have faith in your love, guys!

Catch this episode of Grey’s Anatomy tonight, April 17, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
