Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 4 Spoilers: 4 Things We Learn From the Canadian Promo

Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 4 is the show's 200th episode, and everyone is "Puttin' on the Ritz" as the docs try to woo Seattle's elite into shelling out the big bucks for the hospital's much-needed repairs.

Parties are all fun and games, but in Shondaland you can't have a good time without some drama mixed in. So what will go down when the docs dress up? We've taken a close look at the promo of the episode from Canada's CTV to see what it reveals beyond what the American promo already showed us.

MerDer gets dressed up. Aw. We just like watching Meredith and Derek get all dressed up together at the beginning of the promo. Cute!

"Tasteful, sophisticated, and conservative"? These are the words Jackson uses to describe the gala the hospital is throwing to Owen, but the nearly naked contortion artists and multitude of clowns flying around the room prompt Owen to snark, "You and I have very different definitions of the word 'conservative.'" Of course, based on Jackson's expression at :07, he might not have been expecting things to be quite so over the top, either.

Derek juggles! Did you know Patrick Dempsey studied juggling when he was younger, and even wanted to go to clown school? It looks like he'll get to put his skills to good use here. Awesome.

April loves it! At :14 we see April (looking hella hot by the way) run over to gush about how amazing the event is to Jackson. Japril moment in the works?
