Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 8: What to Expect From “Two Against One”

Ready for some good old fashioned Grey's Anatomy relationship drama? We certainly hope so, because from the looks of it, Episode 8: “Two Against One” is going to be all about sex, heartbreak, and breaking down.

Who's getting it on, and who's just getting hurt? We've rounded up all of the biggest hints, clues, and spoilers about the episode (which is directed by Kevin McKidd, by the way) right here so you can prepare yourself for tomorrow's drama.

Official Synopsis

Let's start off by seeing what the official synopsis has to say:

The issues between Meredith and Cristina hit a boiling point when one of them ultimately betrays the other at the hospital. Derek tells Jackson that he needs to let go and allow the second year doctors to work on his patients, and April and Matthew make a bold decision about their relationship. Meanwhile, Bailey has difficulties with Ben’s return.

Sounds like a good episode to us! We're especially intrigued by the betrayal in the Cristina and Meredith friendship — the promo for the episode and the other spoilers we've seen are all pretty mum on that issue, and we can't wait to see what goes down. We hope it doesn't ruin the friendship forever.

What's Up With Bailey and Ben?

As we saw last week, Ben is back in Seattle for good, but the change of pace isn't all fun and games. Bailey has already expressed disappointment in her husband for giving up on being a surgeon, and the promo for the episode hints that things get worse from there. We see Bailey up at 4 a.m. — is that because she's too upset to sleep? — and at the end of the promo her vision goes blurry and she collapses. Is something seriously wrong with our girl?

Trouble in Engaged Paradise?

April has committed herself to Matthew — at least for the moment, we say as hopeful Jackson/April shippers — but that doesn't mean their path to marriage runs smooth. The synopsis says they make a "bold" decision about their relationship, and based on the Canadian promo, it looks like the issue at hand is that pesky "no sex before marriage" thing. Will they decide to do the deed before tying the knot?

Calzona Drama

Meanwhile, this episode is supposed to be "intense and interesting" for Callie and Arizona, and we'll get to see the warring wives in at least one scene together. Does Arizona's relationship with Leah cause things to come to a head? We know that Episode 9 is supposed to "blow the minds of Calzona fans," so we expect to see a lot of set up for that this week.
