Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 8 Spoilers: 5 Things We Learn From the Promo (VIDEO)

While Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 7: “Thriller” was all about tricks and treats, Episode 8: “Two Against One” is all about the latter. This time around, it’s about sex and candy (cue the Marcy Playground), or well… maybe just sex.

From the looks of things, the docs are getting hot and heavy with each other, or at least trying to...

So, what exactly can we expect in the love department at Grey Sloan Memorial? We've taken a closer look at the promo to see what secrets it reveals.

Arizona and Leah are still at it. That, or perhaps Arizona has found someone new. At the beginning of the promo, April questions, “You had sex?” and starts to ask if it was good. Before she can finish her sentence, Arizona quickly responds, “Awesome.”

April and Arizona’s relationship blooms. Considering their girl talk in the promo, it seems like their drunken night in the closet is blossoming into a beautiful friendship. Adorable!

Matthew takes charge with April. At 0:04, Matthew resurfaces to have a conversation with April about sex. “I want our first time…” she trails off, presumably talking about their wedding night, to which her virginal fiance cuts her off (this is a pattern in Episode 8) and shoves her against an ambulance, saying, “Why don’t we just get that part out of the way?” Sound the sirens!

Ben and Bailey have trouble at home. Considering that Miranda just dealt with her patients dying from a MRSA infection she gave them and everything that just happened with Richard, she should be cut a break, right? Not so fast! We see Ben and Bailey having a bit of a tiff as he questions what she’s doing up at 4 a.m. — perhaps trying to figure out what they’ll do now that he dropped out of med school?

Bailey collapses! After their confrontation, we see her vision get blurry in the O.R., and at 0:11, she collapses, losing consciousness in the middle of the room. What’s wrong with her?!
