Official Synopsis

Let's start off by seeing what the official synopsis has to say:

When an unexpected malpractice suit turns Callie's world upside down, her supportive father (Hector Elizondo) arrives and shares an interesting secret with her. Meanwhile, through flashbacks, we learn some surprising details about Callie and Arizona's marriage.

It sounds like this episode is definitely all Callie, all the time (she's in almost every scene!), and we're loving it already. The "surprising details" about the Calzona marriage might also explain why Shonda Rhimes calls this episode "mindblowing" for Calzona fans. But is that a good thing or a bad thing?

What's the Lawsuit About?

While we can't be positive, we're guessing this sneak peek is giving us an early look at the case that sparks the lawsuit. (The sneak peek starts about 50 seconds in.)

As you can see, a patient, who sounds like he's a snowboarder, really wants Callie to perform a fancy operation on his hip that she's never done before. He gives her a pep talk that inspires her to try. Our guess? It doesn't go so well, since this looks like the same guy we see in a wheelchair during the promo.

Also worth nothing: This scene seems to be shot in the soft glow that often indicates flashbacks. Given that the synopsis of the episode confirms that it will feature flashbacks, it would make sense for this scene to be from the past, since lawsuits normally take a while to actually make it to court.
