Grey’s Anatomy Season 10 Finale Spoilers: 4 Things We Learn From the Promo (VIDEO)

Wow. Can you guys believe Grey's Anatomy's tenth season is coming to an end with next week's Season 10, Episode 24: "Fear (of the Unknown)"? That's hard to wrap our minds around.

Like any good Grey's finale, it looks like this one is going to high-stakes, and high-drama. But what exactly can we expect as we say farewell to Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) and end Grey's first decade on-air? We've taken a closer look at the promo for the episode to see what it reveals:

1. The goodbye you never expected. The promo teases "the goodbye you never expected." We're supposed to think that it's talking about Cristina, and, given all the shots of people being rushed into the ER, we're probably supposed to be concerned for her life. We're not fooled that easily! From everything we've heard, Cristina's exit will be a positive one. Shane (Gaius Charles) and Leah (Tessa Ferrer), on the other hand...

2. A big disaster! That said, this is the end of the season, so of course something big happens that lands plenty of people in the ER. We can see shots of the chaos throughout the promo, especially at :04, :09, and :12.

3. Hi, Alex. Alex (Justin Chambers) may have a new job, but he's still part of the action at :08. It looks like he's trying to save someone who has collapsed.

4. Meredith is tears. At :14 we see Mer in tears. Why? Does someone she knows die? (Again, we'd guess one of the residents, not Cristina). Or is she still conflicted about leaving Seattle?

Check it out for yourself!
