Grey’s Anatomy Season 10: You’ll “Need Tequila” During the Premiere

Grey’s Anatomy is notorious for pulling at our heartstrings and causing great stress, and it looks like the Season 10 premiere is no exception. After Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) and Jessica Capshaw (Arizona) revealed that fans will need vodka and will “cry and laugh,” star Camilla Luddington (Jo) upped the ante with her own drinking suggestion.

When a fan asked her, “Do you think I will need tequila for this season?” she responded, “I think you’ll need it for airing night. For. Sure.”

Umm, what could happen in the two-hour premiere that makes us need to down some tequila? Given that the Season 9 finale ended with two beloved couples breaking up (Callie and Arizona, then Cristina and Owen) and Richard Webber potentially dying, we aren’t exactly happy, but will trauma and drama really hit us that hard?

Camilla loves to tease fans with spoilery tidbits, so we doubt she’d lie to us. We’re nervous about what’s to come, yet excited for the premiere on Thursday, September 26 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. This fall seriously can’t come soon enough.

Are you worried about deaths in the Season 10 premiere? Sound off below.
