Grey’s Anatomy Season 10 Premiere: What Are You Most Excited For?

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premieres tonight, September 26, and there's a lot to look forward to. We have so many questions we need the answer to. Does Richard live? Are Owen and Cristina unbearably awkward around each other? Does Jackson tell April he loves her too? Will Callie snap?

The spoilers and sneak peeks give us some idea about what to expect in tonight's two hour season opener. On top of the plot points we just mentioned, there's also Derek and Meredith being head over heels in love with their new baby, Bailey cooing over her namesake, Jo/Alex moments, intern Heather getting majorly injured (will her life be in danger, too?), and, of course, plenty of good old fashioned medical drama as the docs struggle to save lives under harsh storm conditions.

Personally, out of the myriad of interesting plot lines, we're most excited — though also scared — for the aftermath of Callie and Arizona's claws out, drag down fight to the emotional death in the Season 9 premiere. Based on this sneak peek emotions will still be running high, claws will still be out, and the drama is just getting started. We can't wait!

That said, we want to know what plot you're most excited about. So you know the drill: Vote in our poll, and sound off in the comments below!

I can't pick!

I know what I want to see.
