Grey’s Anatomy Season 10: Producers Recasting Bailey’s Son, Tuck, For Episode 7
Tuck Everlasting? Hardly. Prepare to see a whole new face in the role of Bailey's son.
E! Online reports that the Grey's Anatomy casting agents are looking for an young actor to portray William George Bailey Jones — also known as Tuck, a nickname he gets from his father, Bailey's ex Tucker Jones — for Season 10, Episode 7.
The last good look we got at Tuck — that we can recall, anyway — was at the very beginning of Season 7, when Bailey was trying to flee Seattle with her son after the shooting.
But the little guy has been a source of constant drama for his surgical-goddess mama, starting when he made his entrance during a bomb scare. (George O'Malley was at Bailey side during the delivery, a heroic act Bailey honored by giving her son "George" as a middle name, even though she did have to bust George for staring at at her "va-jay-jay.")
Then there was the time a whole bookshelf fell on Tuck and nearly killed him. And then there was the time Bailey called a Code Pink when she thought her son had been kidnapped from the hospital daycare.
We can only imagine the hijinks he'll cause when Episode 7 airs — which may air on Halloween night, unless ABC decides to hold off on a new episode that week.
Are you surprised Grey’s is recasting Tuck? Do you want to see more of him? Sound off below, and catch the two-hour Grey’s Anatomy premiere on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
