Dancing With the Stars Season 18 Casting Rumors: Who’s In and Who’s Out? (UPDATE)

We'll find out who's dancing on Dancing With the Stars Season 18 this upcoming Tuesday, March 4, and of course there are all sorts of casting rumors. While no stars have been confirmed yet, there have been a number of big names thrown into the ring.

Let's run down all the biggest rumors. Remember to keep checking back — we'll keep you updated as more news roles in!

Cody Simpson Got an Offer. Teen Australian pop star Cody Simpson tweeted that he'd been offered a spot in the season. He didn't say if he'd decided one way or the other, but it sounds like he's definitely still considering it.

NeNe Leeks and Candace Cameron Bure. E! seems pretty confident that both Real Housewives of Atlanta’s NeNe Leakes and Full House alum Candace Cameron Bure are in.

Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis would consider it — but ABC doesn't want him? Dancing With the Stars has a long and storied history of casting stars from the Bachelor/ette franchise, and the current Bachelor, Juan Pablo Galavis, has hinted that he'd consider the show. However, there are some rumors that he's just plain not wanted because of mixed reactions to his Bachelor season.

NHL's Sean Avery. This hot hockey star is rumored to be a lock.

James Maslow. Peta Murgatroyd's rumored boyfriend, actor and musician James Maslow, recently tweeted about some exciting news he's going to share soon, which has led fans to wonder if he'll be joining the show, perhaps as Peta's partner.

Bruce Jenner Wants In. A source says that the Kardashian patriarch is dying to be on the show — and, what's more, the DWTS Powers That Be are interested and "close to locking him in." We haven't heard much about this rumor recently, though.

Kelly Brook. British actress and model Kelly Brook is reportedly under consideration thanks to a good word from her buddy Derek Hough.

Carla Hall wants in. Top Chef alum and The Chew co-host Carla Hall has said she'd love to do the show. So far there's no evidence that the DWTS execs are considering her, but as an extremely likably television personality, she seems like a good fit for the show.

Sharon Osbourne is interested. Apparently the Osbourne matriarch, who is actually a classically trained dancer, would love to follow in her children's footsteps and take a turn vying for the Mirror Ball. In fact, according to her son Jack, Sharon has signed up for the show three times in the past, but had to pull due to schedule. Maybe she can finally make it work for Season 18?

Meryl Davis and/or Charlie White. The Olympic Ice Dancing champs have both expressed interest in the show, but with the World Figure Skating Championships coming up, chances are this isn't the right season for them.

Sarah Palin says no way! Hey, remember how Bristol Palin made it to the finals in her season? And then came back for All-Stars? Well, you don't have to worry about a repeat performance from her mom — when asked if she'd ever do the show, Sarah Palin said she's not interested.
