As we see in the preview of the episode, Greg and Tamara set off the trigger that will destroy Storybrooke, and Regina goes to what looks like great lengths to slow down the destruction, presumably so that others can try to find a solution to the problem. Will that action be a redemptive one for her?
And according to Lana, in this case Regina's good action is not prompted by selfishness: "I think it is genuine. I think she is doing it for everyone." After all, the trigger is something Regina built, so "she does feel responsible.
Meanwhile, there's also the whole plotline with Rumple potentially going after Henry because of the prophecy. Will we see Regina protect her son again? According to Lana, yes: "She will definitely need to protect Henry."
Sounds like an emotional episode for Evil Regals!
