Revenge Season 3, Episode 3: “Confession” Synopsis Revealed!

Revenge Season 3, Episode 2: “Sin” saw Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) take down a former Grayson Global employee-turned-priest who was partially responsible for framing her father for a crime he didn’t commit. Blah, blah, blah.

Though Ems started off the episode dead-set on forcing Father Whitely to pay for what he’d done, she soon realized that he was truly a reformed man. Unfortunately, Ems’ plan was already in full swing, and by the time she decided to put a stop to it, it was too late — Father Whitely was already out of a job.

Season 3, Episode 3: “Confession," is scheduled to air this Sunday, October 14, and judging by the official ABC synopsis below, the upcoming installment also has a slight religious/moral twist. The complete synopsis reads:

“With a new lease on life, Nolan throws a housewarming party worthy of the Hampton's elite, but an unexpected guest leads to a showdown that sends shockwaves through the community, while Conrad's mortality causes him to question his sins.”

We’re pretty sure that the “unexpected guest” is Aiden Mathis (Barry Sloane) but Conrad’s (Henry Czerny) morality is something new to explore. Do you think the former head of Grayson Global is ready to confess his sins? Tell us your thoughts and theories below!

Revenge Season 3, Episode 3: “Confession" airs this Sunday, October 14, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
