The Walking Dead Season 4, Episode 12 Is “Amazing,” Says Norman Reedus

Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) has hardly been shy about his praise for Season 4 of The Walking Dead, but this Sunday’s Episode 12: “Still” seems to be one of his favorites. From the promo and sneak peeks we’ve seen so far it looks like the March 2 installment will focus solely on Daryl and Beth Greene, (Emily Kinney) though it’s possible other characters may pop in and out as well. We still haven’t been able to confirm that “Still” is the Daryl-centric episode everyone has been buzzing about for months, but at the very least we know that we’ll get plenty of facetime with Mr. Dixon.

So what exactly did Norman have to say about the aforementioned hour? On February 25 he took to Twitter to sing the episode’s praises. “Just watched next weeks episode. AMAZING!!!!!! BETH (so good!!!))” Sure, Norman’s tweet is wonderfully unspecific, but if he’s excited about Episode 12 then that’s reason enough for us to get even more psyched than we already are.

However, whenever these solo episodes come up we get a bit nervous thinking that a death may be on the way (just look at what happened with Hershel Greene and The Governor in the first half of Season 4) but we can’t say that’s for certain this time around, as we’ve heard no buzz about Beth or Daryl biting the dust.

Norman and Emily are both scheduled to be on the episode of Talking Dead immediately following Sunday night’s TWD, which could be another sign that one of them doesn’t make it out of the episode alive, or one could rationalize that they were both booked as TD guests because they’re the only two people featured in “Still.”

Whatever happens, we’re just excited to see more of Beth and Daryl, especially since they’ve been seen only sparingly in Season 4 so far.

Does Norman’s praise make you even more worried about this Sunday, or are you still confident that Beth and Daryl will make it through the hour unscathed? Tell us your thoughts and theories below!

The Walking Dead Season 4 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
