The Walking Dead Season 4, Episode 9 Sneak Peek: Carl Taunts Two Walkers (VIDEO)
To be honest, we haven’t fully gotten over the events of The Walking Dead Season 4 mid-season finale. Hershel Greene (Scott Wilson) and The Governor (David Morrissey) are gone for good, and while we may be pleased that the one-eyed villain has finally been defeated, we’re going to have trouble forgetting Hershel’s gruesome passing anytime soon. Decapitation is most certainly not the way to go.
But alas, life in the TWD universe must go on. We won’t be treated to a new a episode until the season comes back from hiatus on February 9, 2014, but last night during Talking Dead we got a brief look at some of the action to come.
The promo for the remainder of Season 4 gave us a few hints of what to expect next year, but the below sneak peek is all about Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs). In the clip we see Rick’s only son walking backwards with meat in his hands, taunting two walkers and encouraging them to follow him. We’re not quite sure where he’s luring them to or why he’s doing it, but we’re glad that he’s mastered the art of walking backwards, unlike Lizzie.
The clip starts with Carl luring the undead away from a house (maybe members of Team Prison are inside?) and he manages to lead them all the way down a suburban street, away from the home. The clip doesn’t give us much info, but we know that the back half of Season 4 will be very important for Carl.
Check out the sneak peek for yourself and tell us what you’re most looking forward to in the second half of TWD Season 4!
