The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale: Promo For Episode 16, “A” (VIDEO)

It’s hard to believe, but The Walking Dead Season 4 finale is practically upon us and will be airing on March 30 at 9 p.m. ET. Episode 16 is called “A”, and the first promo for the highly anticipated hour is below.

Off the bat we seemingly see recycled footage of Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) running through the cemetery screaming Beth Greene’s (Emily Kinney) name. Even though we’ve seen it before maybe just the mention of Beth means we’ll get a glimpse of her in the finale.

Then we have a series of quick shots starting with a swarm of walkers descending on something delicious. Could this be a clue to a death coming in the finale?

Next up we see a pretty banged up Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), followed by a separate shot of his son Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) running from a horde of walkers on the train tracks. It looks like Carl is all by himself, but that could just be some clever editing at work.

We also get an ever-so-brief glimpse of Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), who is sporting a nasty shiner on one of his eyes. Did he forget to “claim” something or piss Joe (Jeff Kober) off in some way?

Elsewhere in the promo Michonne (Danai Gurira) hugs Carl, Carl shoots a walker, and Rick, Carl, and Michonne see something really questionable in the distance.

Check out the full promo below and share your thoughts and theories in the comments!

The Walking Dead Season 4 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
