The Walking Dead Season 4: Glenn and Maggie “In a Good Groove” — See Their Sexy GIF Kiss

With all the bad news at the end of The Walking Dead Season 3 — the deaths of Merle and Andrea, the non-death of The Governor, whatever the heck is going on with Carl — it was easy to overlook one piece of great news: Glenn and Maggie got engaged!

They may not end up with a fancy marriage certificate, but it'd be nice to see a ceremony on Season 4, maybe with Hershel (aka Maggie's dad) officiating, all the prison and Woodbury folks in attendance on the prison grounds, and maybe even a few walkers chomping at the fence for good luck.

TWD Season 4 will premiere this October, and we should expect tons of details — including an official trailer and possibly an official release date — after the Comic-Con panel this July 19. In the meantime, Entertainment Weekly shared another new photo, with Glenn and Maggie in mid lip-lock, with a GIF of the two getting kissy. See the pic and GIF here. (Where’s Daryl when you need him to shout “You coming?”)

As we enter Season 4, G&M’s relationship is “in a really safe place,” Lauren Cohan (Maggie) told EW. Steven Yeun (Glenn) added, “They’re in a good groove, living as close to what normal life should be. Whatever you can call that in this world.” They deserve some happiness after the drama of Season 3; fans were on tenterhooks that one or both of them might be killed in Woodbury. Here's hoping they have smoother sailing on Season 4 … but probably not.

Heads-up, though, ‘cause it sounds like EW has Walking Dead on the cover this week (they actually gave it 3 different covers), which would be good timing for the Comic-Con panel. So look for that issue this Friday!
