The Fields family got some serious screen time in last week’s Pretty Little Liars episode (Season 4, Episode 4: “Face Time”), and it was intense. Will we be seeing more of Emily, Pam, and Wayne together in Season 4A — for better or worse?

From the sound of Nia Peeples’ (Pam Fields) tweets, the Fields family’s screen time all together peaked already: “Not sure how much more #pll fields family will be together this season,” Nia tweeted recently in response to a fan question. Hopefully, that just means Papa Fields will be off-screen rather than a more forced separation on account of family services.
Even if we won’t be seeing one big happy Fields family, we will be getting more Pam this season — though she won’t be happy. Nia tweeted in May about Pam crying on the PLL set, which will most likely come in Season 4, Episode 8: “The Guilty Girl’s Handbook.” Whatever she’s crying about, we guess husband Wayne won’t be around to comfort her.
Nia has ruled out a finale appearance for Em’s mama, tweeting, “No I'm afraid not. Pam won't be in the finale of 412. Was scheduled. But I think budget cuts left Pam on the sidelines!”
Well, we suppose if she’s not in the summer finale, then she can’t get taken down by “A” (summer and season finales are “A”’s prime hunting grounds). Probably.
