The Walking Dead Season 4: Which Characters Do You Want MORE Of — Carol? Daryl? Rick? (POLL)

If you could create your own sanctuary-style sign, reading “We Want More ____!” on The Walking Dead Season 4, which character’s name would fill the blank?

Team Prison is one big happy family, but the downside of so many people arriving and surviving into the second half is we only get short bursts of time with each character and his or her group. Episode 9 focused on Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs), and Michonne (Danai Gurira); Episode 10 covered about 10 other Team Prison people; and Episode 11 went back to the first three, plus Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun), Tara (Alanna Masterson) and a brand new trio.

This Sunday’s March 2, Episode 12 is just focused on Beth Greene (Emily Kinney) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus). That means we'll have spent two full weeks without Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride), Tyreese (Chad Coleman), Lizzie Samuels (Brighton Sharbino), Mika Samuels (Kyla Kenedy), baby Judith, Maggie Greene (Lauren Cohan), Bob Stookey (Larry Gilliard Jr.) and Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green).

We love Daryl as much as the next stalker, and we’ve been genuinely excited for Beth to show more character depth, but we’ve also been waiting a long time for Carol’s return, and that storyline with the kids is so intriguing. What is Lizzie going to do? We’re also supposed to learn more about Bob’s mysterious past, plus meet new people like this Gareth we keep hearing about. And the tennis ball-bouncing bad guy of Episode 11 will also be back, so we have to fit him in the mix too.

If you can believe it, there are only five episodes left to the season — including the Daryl/Beth focus of Ep 12 — and as much as we’ve been loving this season it’s getting hard to see how they’ll give every character enough time before we don’t seem them at all until October.

So who do you most want to follow? Vote in the poll below. It’s too late to do anything about it — this season is filmed, cut and ready to roll — but it would send a message about who you most want to see on screen and maybe it will make a difference next time. You can vote for multiple characters.

The Walking Dead Season 4 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.

I want more of EVERYONE!

I have no issue with the season so far.
