Pretty Little Liars Season 4 Winter Premiere: Is Caleb Sticking Around Rosewood?

Pretty Little Liars fans have been distraught ever since they learned Caleb Rivers (Tyler Blackburn) is leaving Rosewood for Ravenswood. So far, all signs have pointed to Caleb leaving town for good after the Season 4 Halloween episode, which will introduce the world of Ravenswood further, and will be followed by the spin-off's premiere. That seems to leave little hope for Haleb. But could things be better than they seem for that pretty little couple?

Recently, showrunner Marlene King tweeted some very interesting info about Caleb's future on Pretty Little Liars.

When a fan asked Marlene via Twitter if Caleb is in Season 4, Episode 14 (aka the winter premiere — which happens after the Halloween episode), she replied, "Yes."

Wait — what? Does that mean Caleb returns to Rosewood after the Ravenswood pilot? Why? For how long? Or is he just showing up in a flashback? Or maybe a dream/fantasy of Hanna's? We're so curious to know more!

As for the future of Haleb, Marlene told a worried fan who wanted to know if there was any hope for the couple after Caleb goes to Ravenswood, "I believe in hope."

Normally, we'd brush that off as an empty phrase, but it's exactly the kind of thing Marlene kept saying about Spoby last season when it looked like Toby was a bad guy, and clearly that worked out OK for the couple in the end.

Do you have hope for Haleb? What do you make of Caleb being in Season 4, Episode 14? Sound off in the comments below!
