Glee Season 5: Is Dianna Agron’s Quinn Coming Back at All?

Even though Quinn (Dianna Agron) started on Glee as the chief Cheerio, the snarky blonde soon joined the Glee Club. She was reluctant at first, but Quinn eventually became a valuable member of the McKinley High group and never looked back.

Yet since graduating in Season 3, Quinn has only been featured on the show a handful of times. Most recently, Dianna revealed that she was one of the few cast members not to be asked back for the Cory Monteith (Finn) tribute episode (airing on October 10) which will honor the late actor who died of a combination of heroin and alcohol on July 13.

If Dianna wasn’t asked to be in the emotional, highly-anticipated tribute, then what does that say about her future on the show? In short, it’s not looking good.

It was previously announced that she — along with Heather Morris (Brittany), Amber Riley (Mercedes), Mark Salling (Puck), and Harry Shum Jr. (Mike) — would not be series regulars in Season 5, and in light of the tribute snub, her future on the show seems less certain than ever.

Dianna called in to On Air With Ryan Seacrest earlier this week and admitted that even she is in the dark with regards to her upcoming role on Glee — if such a thing even exists anymore. “I have no idea,” she told Ryan when asked if she’ll be returning to Glee. “I would love it, but I’m not sure. We’ll see.”

At this point, even if Dianna does appear in some episodes this season, her role is likely to be very minimal at best.
