Pretty Little Liars Season 5, Episode 7 Sneak Peek: Spencer and Ezra Team Up (VIDEO)

Ezra (Ian Harding) is officially a Team Liar resource in this sneak peek from Pretty Little Liars Season 5, Episode 7 (“The Silence of E. Lamb”). In it, we see Spencer (Troian Bellisario) hitting Ezra up for some of his high-surveillance equipment. Check out the awkwardness!

As we know from the episode synopsis, “Spencer takes a note from Ezra’s play book by borrowing some of his spy equipment to keep a closer eye on the home front.” That seems to be what’s going down in this minute-long video from Tuesday’s episode. In it, Spence comes to Ezra’s apartment to pick up some spy stuff only to be immediately weirded out by the fact that it was not-so-long ago used to spy on her.

“I just forgot how enthusiastic you were about watching things,” Spencer awesomely tells Ezra when she sees all of the surveillance equipment Ezra has lying around the apartment. We’re glad someone on this show is still creeped out by Ezra. Also, now we know where all of Ezra’s money went.

The conversation quickly turns to Aria, who is currently volunteering at Radley to get more information about Bethany Young and her connection to Mrs. DiLaurentis. Ezra is not cool with this plan. He would rather talk to Eddie Lamb once the police are finished with him. “[Eddie] wants us to know something. He left a picture on my doorstep,” Ezra argues.

Spencer isn’t so sure he will help: “Yeah, because he’s a good guy, but he’s really big on self-preservation.” Fair enough. And is anyone else worried that Eddie is not long for this world? The title of this episode is rather ominous. Should we launch our #SaveEddie campaign now or later?
