Glee Season 5: Who Is New Cheerio Erinn Westbrook? 5 Things to Know!

A new glee-otch is headed to McKinley High, and she’s sure to shake things up for the Glee club, especially now that former mean girl Kitty is no longer trying to sabotage the New Directions.

So who is this new sassy cheerleader? We’ve got everything you need to know about Glee’s new Cheerio — and Queen Bee — Erinn Westbrook.

1. She was a television host! Erinn hosted mtvU’s Movers and Changers for three years until 2011. She also hosted MTV’s Spring Break in 2010, 2011, and 2012, so she’s obviously comfortable in front of a camera!

2. She’s a Harvard alum! According to Erinn’s Twitter account, she’s a Harvard alum. Thanks to our expert sleuthing skills, we found out Erinn majored in English, American Literature and Language, received a secondary degree in Dramatic Arts, and an advanced certification in Spanish. Whoa. She’s gorgeous, talented, and smart? That’s a triple threat!

3. She’s a model. Erinn has graced the pages of magazines such as Seventeen and Cosmopolitan, and has modeled for major brands including Nike, Nordstrom, TJ Maxx, Vineyard Vines, Irie Berry – Japan, and Bebop Jeans. Work, Erinn!

4. She’s played a cheerleader before! Earlier this year, Erinn guest starred on Disney’s Dog With a Blog, and she played a cheerleader named Remy. It looks like peppiness and perk just come natural for Erinn.

5. She’s a Midwesterner. Erinn was born in Missouri, and similar to her Glee co-star Becca Tobin, she loves country music! She recently tweeted: “In my trailer listenin' to some Country & eating beef jerky. I bet I'm the only one :) Gotta love when my Midwest shows up... #Missouri.”
