True Blood Season 6: 5 Things That Need to Happen

The short episode count this year means we’re already halfway through Season 6 of True Blood. We can't believe there’re only five episodes left! A lot has happened, especially in the last two episodes, but we’ve got a list of resolutions that must happen in Bon Temps before the end of the season in order to satisfy our devoted Truebie hearts.

True Faerie Love

We were initially a little unsure about this whole “Benlow” business, but now that he’s explained his intentions and professed his undying love for Sookie, we kind of think Ben is right: the two of them are meant to be together, contract or not. It makes sense, as Ben could turn Sookie into an immortal with dual powers just like him, and the two could happily skip off to faery neverland. They’ve certainly already shown they can heat up a room together! And we do think Ben’s heart is in the right place, even though he did kill her parents (I mean, he had a good reason!). Are we crazy? Or do you want this fated pair to end up together too?

A Great Escape

Obviously, before the season ends, all the vampires we know and love HAVE to get out of the Governor’s dreaded vampire camp alive. We don’t know how the writers are going to pull it off, but we need Nora, Jessica, Eric, Tara, and Pam outta there and intact! We have to believe that somehow Eric and Pam are going to figure out how to escape without killing each other, grabbing Nora and Tara on the way out. And the whole reason Jason joined the LAVTF is to rescue Jessica, right? RIGHT.

Reunited (and it feels so good!)

About Jason and Jessica, we so badly want them to reunite and admit they’re crazy in love and meant for each other! Along with that hot-blooded coupling, we also need to see Eric and Pam forgo their stubborn instincts and make amends, because centuries together can’t be tossed out the window just because he released her! As for Pam and Tara, they need to just give into their mutual passion and admit they’re a couple, already. GEEZ.

Billith: Evil or Not?

We also need to know what the heck is going on with this Lillith/Bill mindmeld! Is she/he evil? Or is this fanged pair really just trying to save their own race? And if they do, will it mean the end of all humans? We kind of either want God-vamp Billith to go completely crazy and start slaughtering the entire human population, or settle down and give peace a chance. Either way, he and Ben are gonna have to figure out how to work together to synthesize the faery-vamp blood … and maybe save Sookie too.

Take Control, Hooker!

When we last saw Lafayette, he was possessed by Corbett Stackhouse and trying to drown Sookie in the lake “for her own good.” This makes the third time he’s let his body be used by spirits for evil purposes! And yet, he supposedly inherited Jesus’ magical abilities. He still has amazing fashion sense, but he needs to get those Brujo powers under control, ASAP. We need to see Lafayette figure out how to get his demon-side to kick some spirit ass and eject Daddy Stackhouse from his mind before it’s too late!

Did we miss something? What do you want to see in the final episodes of True Blood, Season 6? Sound off in the comments!
