Glee Season 6 Spoilers: Karofsky’s Coming Back — Will He Cause Trouble With Kurt and Blaine?
With Glee’s sixth and final season at least predominantly set in Ohio, we’ll likely see the return of some old Lima residents before the show ends next spring. The first confirmed old face that will pop up in Season 6 is none other than Dave Karofsky (Max Adler). Want to know how the bully-turned-openly gay guy will fit into the show’s final thirteen episodes? Read on to find out!
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Karofsky is set to come back for “major” arc which will span at least four episodes. He is slated to be involved in a love triangle of sorts with engaged lovebirds Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss), taking a specific interest in the former Warbler.
Although Klaine ended on a high note it the Season 5 finale — performing together in June’s glam showcase after working through some intense issues — THR points out that Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy confirmed therewill be a time jump between Seasons 4 and 5, which could mean anything for the ever-turbulent duo.
But before you start worshipping at your Klaine shrines in hopes that the couple is still intact and can withstand anything Karofsky (and Ryan) throws at them, let’s not forget Karofsky’s past. He may be out and proud now, but before he came out the former footballer made Kurt’s life at McKinley a living hell. Hopefully Blaine will remember that before he considers jumping into bed with him. Literally.
