When Is The Bachelorette Season 9 “Men Tell All” Special? UPDATE

The Bachelorette Season 9 may only be halfway done, but we’re already eagerly awaiting the arrival of the “Men Tell All” special. You know, that episode where Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock reconvenes her beaux to pour salt on old wounds, pick new fights, and pretty much cause a good old-fashioned ruckus.

Men-testants we can’t wait to see on the sofa include Larry “Dance Until You Drop” Burchett and Nick “Is That a Rose Behind Your Ear?” Roy. Also, how will Diogo Custodio top a suit of armor for his “Men Tell All” outfit? We’re hoping the answer involves a horse.

Let’s get real, though. The men we really, really can’t wait to witness on the same sound stage are Ben Scott and Michael Garofola. After their head-to-head in Episode 5, will “Men Tell All” provide the two a chance to air their differences or just stoke the fire set in Germany? Our guess: the latter.

That is, if Michael shows up. As exclusively reported by Wetpaint Entertainment, Mike may bow out of the filming — but not because he doesn’t want to see Ben. Just because, you know, he’s busy prosecutin’ in Florida.

Will Bryden Vukasin also miss out on telling all? As we learned in Munich, Bry’s pretty good at making quick, awkward exits and now that he’s said the other guys were more fun than Des, Bryden may not be so eager to jump back in front of the cameras with the Bachelorette looking on. Although considering he’d get to bask in the musk of his men friends, we’re guessing he’ll be there.

With just a few weeks left before the finale, ABC usually sets things up so that we get to watch Hometown Dates, feel the shock as someone's family embarrasses them off the show, and then they travel to an exotic location where someone gets dumped while wearing flip flops. NOT SO THIS YEAR.

UPDATE: Although the "Men Tell All" special usually airs the week before the finale, so that only the final two (and the ones we never cared about) are present for questions and smack-talking. But this year, ABC is airing the show on MONDAY, JUNE 22 at 8/7c. Meaning, the last two episodes will air in back to back weeks, with none of the top three contestants appearing for "Men Tell All." Verrrrrry interesting, ABC. Thoughts?
